Sharon Owen | Managing Director
With 20 years of experience within learning and development at Barclays Bank, Sharon set up Two’s Company Training in 2006 to offer experienced and specialist training and consultancy to retail businesses.
She says it was the best decision that she ever made!
At Two’s Company Training, Sharon specialises in building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing training strategies and leading an enthusiastic and highly motivated team.
Sharon feels honoured and privileged to work with such a fantastic team of people who fully represent the Two’s Company brand and achieve tremendous results.
Alan Jones | Training Manager
Alan brings years of experience of designing and delivering both behavioural and technical courses in self service, cash management and change methodology within the retail sector.
Alan ensures that each of his courses are fun and interactive, through his approachable and engaging style of training. He builds excellent relationships with his groups and each of his courses has tremendous results.
He loves knowing that every day with Two’s Company is different with new challenges along the way.
Alan is married to his partner and has a toddler at home. He loves holidays and spending time with his friends and family.
Jackie Doherty
Jackie is a highly motivated and inspirational trainer who specialises in delivering leadership/development, customer service and sales training within Classroom and Blended environments.
With over 25 years of retail training experience she prides herself on working with teams and individuals to develop their performance and exceed expectations. Jackie truly enthuses trust and confidence within her delegates which translates into providing amazing results from her courses and support.
Based in London, Jackie has a husband and two daughters and her favourite hobbies are meeting people and talking which makes working for Two’s Company the perfect role for her!
Jennie Sullivan
Jennie brings a wealth of experience gained providing sales and customer service training for over 20 years across a variety of industries, with particular expertise in finance and retail.
Her strong customer focus, attention to detail and ability to tailor her approach to fit the particular needs of each client have ensured exceptional satisfaction feedback is consistently received.
Jennie is married with one son and divides her time between London and Devon. She enjoys being with family and friends, keeping fit and surfing.
Una Crompton
Una brings experience of sales and customer service training from various sectors including retail, healthcare and banking.
She is an experienced, inspirational trainer, committed to delivering excellent results. Her energetic, enthusiastic training style ensures that her delegates achieve the maximum results from her training and coaching sessions.
Una originally from Yorkshire now lives in Surrey with her husband. She enjoys sports and the outdoor life, running, walking and horse riding. She is a keen golfer but admits her game has plenty of room for improvement!
Muriel Prior
Muriel has many years of experience in designing and delivering customer service, sales, products/services and process/procedural courses for classroom, video, telephone and live chat delivery environments.
Muriel firmly believes that effective training begins with the connection between trainer and trainees. Quite simply, “If they’re laughing, they’re listening. If they’re listening, they’re learning”. Seeing the results from delivering fun and interactive courses and then supporting delegates to the highest standards makes every day working with Two’s Company fun and enjoyable.
Originally from the Isle of Skye, Muriel now lives in Midlothian, enjoying the great outdoors with her husband and Border Collies.
